Note 12. Subsequent Events
On April 4, 2025, the Company’s stockholders approved an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock from 50,000,000 shares to 75,000,000 shares. Additionally, the Company’s stockholders approved an amendment to the 2020 Stock Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares of common stock available for awards from 3,650,000 shares to 6,150,000 shares. |
